About Bonnie
Bonnie is a clinical social worker who has devoted her career to helping others create joy, fulfillment, and well-being in their lives. She has almost 20 years of experience working in social and behavioral health services.
In 2009 she established her therapy practice and has served hundreds of individuals and families since. She has been teaching mindfulness-based practices since 2010 and is passionate about helping others learn to access the wisdom, serenity, and power of the present moment. Bonnie helps her clients build resilience to stress, clarify deeply-held values, foster deeper connections with others, and increase joy and contentment. Her approach is more than a collection of tools in the therapy toolbox. It is a way of life. Though we cannot control all of the circumstances in our lives, we can choose to respond to them in ways that foster growth and optimize well-being.
Bonnie maintains a therapy practice at Human Dynamics & Diagnostics in Idaho Falls. She teaches mindfulness and self-compassion classes at Human Dynamics & Diagnostics, the Niche Pilates and Holistic Health, the Idaho Yoga Co-op, and throughout the Idaho Falls community.
