Mindfulness and self-compassion practices are proven to promote well-being Research has shown that mindfulness and self-compassion training can significantly improve job and life satisfaction, relationships, stress resilience, and creativity and focus. I love bringing mindfulness training to individuals, families, helping professionals (teachers, healthcare workers, mental health providers, caregivers), and organizations.  My highly experiential presentations, retreats, workshops, and courses are based on the research and core components of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.
